Our story
It started with a toy box full of disappointments
We began as Toy Fiesta in 2016. Our background is in teaching, and as parents we kept buying toys that looked great on the box, then broke by the weekend or were forgotten in a day. The good ones often cost far more than they should.
So we started stocking only the toys we'd trust in our own home and classroom.
Today we're Toy Superstore, still a family business in New South Wales. We still choose every toy ourselves, and a real person answers every email.
How we choose a toy
Every toy passes four checks before we stock it
Our educator looks at each one the way a parent would at home, and the way a teacher would in a classroom.
Right for their age
It matches where the child is now, with a bit of room to grow, and it's safe for that age.
Made to last
Solid wood, thick plastics, proper stitching. Toys that can be handed down to the next child.
Plays more than one way
Open-ended toys that get used for building, pretending and problem solving, not one trick.
